Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations.
PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Volume LWH products are intentionally designed with artisanal processes that may include garment dyeing, hand distressing, custom printing, or other techniques that create unique variations.
As a result:
No two items are exactly alike.
Irregularities in color, texture, or finish are part of the intended aesthetic and are not considered defects.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective item or an item that differs from your original order, please contact us at info@volumelwh.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Items damaged through wear, misuse, or alterations are not eligible for return or replacement.
SIZING + PRODUCT INFORMATION
We provide detailed product descriptions and sizing information to assist with purchasing decisions. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.
PACKAGE PROTECTION
We recommend adding package protection at checkout when available.
Volume LWH is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit if package protection is not selected.

All international orders are final sale. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
